Note:
- When using multiple USB ports on the product, connecting high-power devices may cause insufficient charging power on other ports. It is recommended not to use high-power devices (such as computers, iPads, and mobile phones) simultaneously.
- It is normal for the charger to heat up during use. The charger generates heat when converting AC to DC, especially with fast charging. This is normal, similar to how humans sweat during exercise.
- Only USB-C1 supports 20W PD fast charging. Other ports support 5V/3A 15W. For fast charging, use USB-C1. Although charging takes longer, the device will display the status.
- Using USB-A to charge devices like Lightning or MagSafe cables may enter a low current state. The device may stop charging if it detects a full battery. Reconnect to an AC outlet to charge other devices.
