Return & Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests within 7 days from the order date. All items must be new, unused, and returned in their complete original packaging.

Only one exchange is permitted per order.
If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
If the replacement item is of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded.
Returns for refunds are not accepted.
Under special circumstances, an approved exchange or refund may be subject to a 20% open-box fee for any opened unit.

A valid original order number from www.techhouse.sg is required. For purchases made through other websites or sellers, please contact the respective seller directly.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and contents included.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise advised by our support team.
For approved exchanges, a replacement product will be provided. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or obtaining delivery confirmation when returning a package.
Techhouse is not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen during transit or delivery.
Sale and promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
