We will accept an exchange within 7 days from the order date. All exchange items must be new, unused and in complete original packaging box.
Only a one-time exchange is allowed. Customer is required to top up the price difference if the replacement item is of a higher value than the original item. There is no refund if the replacement item is of a lower value than the original item.
Please note that return for refund will NOT be accepted.
Under special circumstances: When approved exchange or refund performed a 20% open box fee will be assessed on any opened unit.
Requirements for Return & Exchange:
Must include a valid original purchase order number from www.techhouse.sg. Purchases made outside of our website must contact respective seller for returns.
Exchange products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
Return shipping fee is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
Customer will be given an Exchange Product—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
*Recommended:We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. We are not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery *Please Note: All Sale and Promotional Items are not eligible for Exchanges.
