- 480Mbps ports can be used with USB drives; however, for devices that require high transfer speeds, such as hard drives and solid-state drives, we recommend using the 5Gbps port.
- This hub is incompatible with the Nintendo Switch, Apple USB SuperDrive, and Google Pixel 9 / 7 Series.
